Members Present: Thomas Vannatta, Chair; Bruce Healey; Russell Smith; Alison Kinsman, Alternate; Rachel Ruppel, Advisor/Planning Consultant; Louis Caron, Engineering Consultant.
In attendance representing the project agent and design team: Ralph Littlefield, Agent;
Gary Spaulding; Ken Nielsen; David Eckman; and Tom Sokoloski.
There were two other interested members of the public present.

The Newbury Planning Board will hold a site visit on Monday, September 26, 2011 beginning at 4:00 PM, at the intersection of Route 103 and Newbury Heights Road. CASE 2011-003: Final Hearing/Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit- Davis Revocable Trust/Agent: Community Action Program, Ralph Littlefield. Newbury Heights Road. Map/Lots 020—72—43 &
020-223-195. The session is open to the public. No action will be taken. Any questions concerning this site visit may be addressed to the Newbury Planning Board at denise@newbury.org or (603)763-4940 ext. 201.
The agent and the design team led the visit along Newbury Heights Road and unto the project property under review. As the site visit progressed, the design team answered questions from the members, consultants and public. Items discussed included the following: road width, road elevations, utility pole locations and changes, proposed driveway plan stake locations and placement, steep slopes, culverts at stream crossings, rain gardens, natural water flow through the property, building site location and stake placement defining the outline, soil types, and proposed well location and access.
The visit concluded upon return to Route 103 at 5:45 PM. No action was taken.
